Yasinia municipality is located in the Ukrainian Carpathians close to the EU border, making it a beautiful and strategic mountain hub. Its territory features extensive forests, mountain rivers, and a rich cultural heritage rooted in Hutsul traditions. The local economy is based on tourism, agriculture, livestock farming, forestry, and small businesses. The municipality is actively working on modernisation by investing in public infrastructure, green energy, and digital tools. Yasinia has experience in international cooperation and is looking for new partnerships to boost economic growth and environmental protection.
