Additional peculiarities of the municipality:

Babyn municipality, strategically located in the Rivne region just 18 kilometres from the regional capital, sits directly on the critical M06 Kyiv-Chop international transport corridor and operates 182 kilometres from the EU border crossing at Ustyluh. The municipality’s economy features a strong agricultural specialization, backed by robust utility infrastructure, including fully developed gas, electricity, street lighting, water supply, and drainage networks and an available land bank tailored for commercial investment. Operating under an approved Development Strategy, the local administration is actively using its unique cultural assets, such as the historic heritage of Dorohobuzh village, alongside promising recreational green zones. For international donors and investors, Babyn offers an institutionally ready, highly accessible platform for public-private partnerships in green logistics, sustainable agribusiness, and tourism infrastructure.
