Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Baryshivka municipality is one of the largest municipalities in Kyiv region, uniting 28 localities: 27 villages and the settlement of Baryshivka, which is the administrative centre of the municipality. It has a favourable geographical and strategic location relative to the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv. Baryshivka municipality covers 2.4% of Kyiv region.
STRENGTHS OF THE MUNICIPALITY
- land plots (including industrial land), both within and outside the localities, as well as plots for alternative energy sources;
- municipal and private property, including buildings and production facilities, is available to lease or purchase;
- communication systems (electricity, water supply and alternative energy sources);
- a developed logistics network (railway connection, two international motorways and an international airport within a 40 km radius);
- economically active population (potential jobs);
- experience of cooperating with foreign investors;
- tourist attractions, including cultural and architectural monuments.
