Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Mala Liubasha municipality, located in an ecologically clean area of Rivne region, enjoys a highly strategic position in western Ukraine. The municipality has rich natural resources, including vast forests and valuable mineral deposits that form a solid foundation for sustainable green development and eco-tourism. Its local economy is driven by a successful mix of farming, wood processing, and light industry, supported by a very stable local budget.
The local council is modern and digital-oriented, using advanced platforms like the DREAM 2.0 system to manage public investments with absolute transparency and accountability for international donors. Furthermore, the municipality has strong international experience through its active partnership with the Biržai District Municipality in Lithuania. The local leadership is fully equipped to handle foreign technical aid and is eagerly seeking strategic partnerships for green energy projects, infrastructure modernisation, and digital governance.
