Vyzhnytsia municipality, located in the environmentally pristine Carpathian region of Chernivtsi near the border with Ivano-Frankivsk, hosts 17,300 residents, including over 2,300 internally displaced people. Situated 60 kilometers from a prospective cross-border corridor with Romania, the municipality uses high logistical and economic appeal, having successfully accommodated nine relocated industrial enterprises alongside 23 active agricultural businesses. Backed by solid institutional readiness, Vyzhnytsia represents a transparent platform for public-private partnerships focused on infrastructure modernisation, sustainable eco-tourism, and regional economic integration.
