Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Drohobych is located 90 km southwest of the regional centre - Lviv. The distance to the border, as well as integration into the EU makes our region attractive for relocated businesses and internally displaced persons. Today Drohobych has become a centre of economic security.
There are 7,514 active business entities in the municipality today: 2809 legal entities and 4,705 individual entrepreneurs. There are large enterprises of the oil industry, gas transport, mining and production of automobile cranes operated on the territory of Drohobych. The infrastructure of these enterprises, in the form of free land plots of the "Brownfield" type, is ready to accept the relocated business.
Industrial Park ‘Eco-Smart Industrial Park “Galit”’, initiated by Drohobych City Council was registered in the Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine on 14 November 2022. Area: 19 hectares. Duration: 30 years. According to the concept, the creation of 1,470 jobs is planned.
Industrial Park “Yadro Industry”. Initiator: LLC “FASAD ZAKHID”. Registered in the Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine on 22 December 2023. Area: 10.0036 hectares. Development period: 30 years. According to the concept, up to 500 jobs are planned to be created. There is one participant in the industrial park: TERMO GLAS LLC.
FENIX-VALLEY OF INNOVATION Industrial Park. Registered in the Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine on 29 October 2025. According to the concept, it is planned to create up to 500 jobs. Area: 11.122 ha.
The “City of Action” Industrial Park was registered in the Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine on 26 December 2025; according to the Concept, it plans to create 550 jobs.
