Pereshchepyne municipality comprises 21 settlements positioned along the strategic Dnipro-Donbas canal and the Oril River. The municipality features a diversified economic foundation consisting of a strong agricultural sector, developed grain storage facilities, and active natural gas fields.
Demonstrating advanced institutional capacity, the local administration has successfully collaborated with GIZ and the German government to construct a modern, barrier-free modular polyclinic supported by an autonomous 70 kW solar power plant and emergency energy storage. The municipality delivers a highly developed public service network, including a comprehensive Administrative Services Centre providing over 450 services, a specialized Veterans Support Centre, and an active Volunteer Fire Brigade.
Currently, the local council is executing an integrated solid waste management reform while simultaneously mapping out its cultural assets, traditional craft industries, and local fairs to build a sustainable rural tourism cluster.
