Addressing a critical regional deficit in recovery infrastructure-where tens of thousands of war-affected individuals require specialized care, the community is actively promoting the development of the "REVIVAL" rehabilitation centre. This high-readiness project features a modern, purpose-built, and "people-oriented" architectural design specifically engineered to overcome the structural limitations of outdated medical facilities and accelerate physical and mental recovery. For international donors, humanitarian organizations, and healthcare investors, Berezhany provides an institutionally committed partnership platform ready for public-private collaboration to fund, equip, and establish a vital, resilient node for nationwide healthcare reconstruction and social rehabilitation.
