Additional peculiarities of the municipality:

Chervone municipality, established in 2015 with historical roots dating back to 1624, represents a fusion of historical heritage and a modern agricultural economy. Strategically positioned along ancient trade and waterways, the municipality has long served as a vibrant economic crossroads. It is universally distinguished by its extraordinary historical monuments, including the neo-Gothic palace of the Grocholski-Tereshchenko families, which historically housed rare Italian marble sculptures and fine art, and its pioneering legacy as the site of the very first aircraft workshop and airfield in Ukraine.

The contemporary economic foundation of Chervone is anchored by a powerful agricultural sector that capitalises on highly fertile lands and favourable climatic conditions. The municipality's business landscape includes over 30 active enterprises, driven by a resilient network of 21 specialised farms and an innovative agricultural service cooperative based in the village of Zabara. Crop production is highly developed, focusing on high-yield cereals such as wheat, barley, oats, and corn, alongside key industrial oilseeds including sunflower and rapeseed. This is further strengthened by a sophisticated livestock sector, where commercial pig farming serves as a primary driver of local agricultural processing and economic stability.

For international donors, cultural heritage foundations, and private investors, Chervone municipality offers an exceptionally high-readiness platform characterised by strong community identity, active local entrepreneurship, and a welcoming regulatory environment. The municipality presents premier opportunities for public-private partnerships focused on sustainable agribusiness expansion, value-added food and meat processing facilities, green energy transition, and the strategic restoration of its unique historical and architectural assets for international eco-tourism and cultural preservation.
