Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Chutove municipality has a favourable geographical location: it is situated in the central part of Ukraine, in Poltava region.The Kyiv–Kharkiv–Dovzhansky international motorway runs through the municipality. The municipality is rich in mineral resources, the main one being natural gas (the Dnipro–Donetsk oil and gas-bearing region). Investment in the development of gas condensate fields in the municipality shows great potential.
The abundance of clay reserves in the municipality offers an opportunity for investment in the construction of a plant for the production of bricks and other building materials. The main economic activity is the agricultural sector, which focuses on the cultivation of cereals and industrial crops.
The industrial sector comprises five enterprises engaged in milk processing, the production of dairy products, and the transport of goods.
