Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Hryshkivtsi municipality, located in Zhytomyr region near Berdychiv. It features an advantageous logistical location with direct access to the M-21 international highway and transport connectivity to Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia, supported by the railway station.
The municipality’s economic backbone is agriculture, leveraging fertile land for farming, crop production, commercial berry cultivation, and food processing. The territory also has unique tourism assets.
The local administration demonstrates high institutional readiness, managing a developed social infrastructure network of schools, medical facilities, and administrative service centres. Open to international cooperation, the municipality is actively seeking donor partnerships and investments focused on deep energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, agricultural modernisation, and youth-led social projects.
