Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Kochubeivka municipality, centred in the village of Kochubeivka in Beryslav district of Kherson region, occupies a strategic position bordering Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv regions. Spanning an area of 206.1 km2 and uniting 14 villages, the municipality features fertile steppe chernozems and benefits from the nearby Inhulets River, which together shape its strong agricultural specialisation in growing cereals, legumes, and oil crops.
Building on this agricultural foundation, the municipality possesses a ready-made asset base tailored for the development of a processing industry and the comprehensive restoration of local infrastructure. It has positioned itself as an attractive, transparent partner for international investors and donors by launching an official Investment Passport and a digital Atlas of post-war reconstruction, while actively managing development projects through the state DREAM ecosystem. Looking ahead, the municipality offers high-potential investment niches focused on agricultural product processing, green energy transition, logistics hubs, and residential housing reconstruction.
