Pivdenne municipality, located in Odesa region along the Black Sea coast, stands as one of the most significant maritime transport and industrial hubs in southern Ukraine. The municipality's economic engine is anchored by deep-water port infrastructure and large-scale industrial complexes, which are supported by highly developed logistics networks and reliable utility systems.
