Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
Slavuta municipality, situated as a premier industrial and logistical hub in the Khmelnytskyi region of western Ukraine, administers a compact territory of approximately 34,600 residents. The municipality's highly diversified economy is anchored by around 290 operating enterprises, including major export-oriented manufacturers such as PJSC "Geberit Ceramic Production", alongside established textile, woodworking, and food processing facilities. A primary economic driver is the "Slavuta" industrial park, which offers preferential operational conditions and a mature engineering infrastructure tailored for foreign direct investment and manufacturing cluster expansion.
The municipality has demonstrated exceptional social resilience, integrating thousands of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and veterans who have structurally enhanced the local workforce. To support this expanded population, the local authority has prioritised critical social infrastructure initiatives, most notably the comprehensive reconstruction of a major municipal sports complex into a specialized regional rehabilitation and wellness centre.
