Svitlovodsk municipality is located in central Ukraine, within Kirovohrad region, on the right bank of the Dnipro River and adjacent to the Kremenchuk Reservoir. Its strategic position at the intersection of major transport and energy corridors makes it a promising destination for industrial development, renewable energy projects, and logistics. Serving as an important regional centre, the municipality boasts a strong industrial heritage, a skilled workforce, and significant potential for economic diversification. One of its strongest competitive advantages is its proximity to both the Kremenchuk Hydroelectric Power Plant and the regional power transmission network. Capitalising on these assets, the municipality is well-positioned to establish a modern industrial park focused on clean industry, energy technologies, manufacturing, processing, and distribution.
