Pulyny municipality, situated within the historic Polissia region of the Zhytomyr district, benefits from a strategic logistical location immediately adjacent to the M-06 international highway (Kyiv–Chop), ensuring rapid transit corridors to the European Union. The local economy features a highly productive agricultural sector encompassing over 36,000 hectares of arable land, alongside a proven track record of hosting foreign-invested manufacturing enterprises such as Ready Garment Technology Ukraine.
Operating with strong institutional capacity, the local council maintains a modern Administrative Service Centre (CNAP) and has strategically mapped out its extensive natural assets, including substantial deposits of peat, clay, and timber, for sustainable bioenergy and resource-processing investments.
