Additional peculiarities of the municipality:

Pohrebyshche municipality is situated in  Vinnytsia region. To the north, it borders Zhytomyr region; to the east, Kyiv region; to the south, the Orativ and Lypovets (Vinnytsia district) municipalities; and to the west, the Samhorod (Khmilnytskyi district) and Turbiv (Vinnytsia district) municipalities of Vinnytsia region.

The administrative centre of the municipality is Pohrebyshche, which is situated 70 km from the city of Vinnytsia and 180 km from the city of Kyiv.

The natural resources of Pohrebyshche municipality are rich and diverse. The territory of the municipality contains deposits of peat (the Morozivske deposit), granite, and raw materials for brick production – loam, sand and pelicanite. The Talalaivske deposit is one of the most extensively studied and promising in Ukraine.
